At Creed Lamp, every piece is carefully assembled, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. We take pride in the quality and detail of each lamp, and we stand behind what we create.

Due to the nature of our products and quality control process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. We strongly encourage customers to review product details, images, and descriptions before placing an order.

That being said, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, we will gladly review your case and work toward a fair resolution.

To be eligible for assistance:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

Once your request is received, our team will carefully evaluate the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be accepted
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear over time
  • Slight variations in design, texture, or color are part of the handcrafted nature of the product and are not considered defects
