Shipping policy

At Creed Lamp, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Each lamp is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to prepare your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Eldin Light is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will always do our best to assist you if any issues arise.

Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Eldin Light is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly.
